  • Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging. All tags, labels, and any accompanying items (such as gift boxes and dust bags) should be included with the return.
  • Time Frame: Returns and exchanges are only accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date. After this period, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns or exchanges.

If the product has been used, damaged, or is not returned in the condition it was sent, we reserve the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee.

Once you’ve contacted us, our team will review your request and provide detailed instructions for returning the item(s). We will also send you a return authorization number (RAN) to include with your return package. This helps us track and process your return efficiently.

Pack Your Item(s) Securely

Once you have received your return instructions, carefully package the item(s) in the original packaging (or another suitable, secure packaging) to ensure they are protected during transit. Please make sure that all tags, labels, and other accessories are included, as we cannot process returns or exchanges without these.

Important: Please retain proof of shipment or tracking information when sending your return. Tucsonakka is not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping.

Ship the Product Back

After packaging your return item(s), send them to the return address provided by our customer service team. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or was shipped in error. For your protection, we recommend using a traceable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for packages that do not arrive.

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria. If everything is in order, we will proceed with the next step.

Refunds and Exchanges

Once we have received and inspected the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange.

  • Refunds: If you are eligible, we will issue the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Exchanges: If you would like to exchange the item for a different size, color, or product, we will assist you in placing a new order. Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability, and you may be required to pay the difference if the exchange involves an item of higher value.

Please note that we do not cover shipping costs for exchanges or returns unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part (e.g., an incorrect or damaged item was shipped).

Non-Refundable Items

Some items are not eligible for return or exchange, including:

  • Gift Cards: Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Personalized Products: Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they are defective or damaged.
