7+yrs. This program is designed to get students into shape, teach core values and ethics and to defend themselves in todays world. It’s challenging out there with peer pressure at an all time high, video games as role models and self esteem constantly challenged though media. Invoking the S.T.A.R. program, this class works their body, mind and cultivates positive character traits. For ages 13+ the program is designed very similar to teach that and included advanced education, utilizing life experiences to cultivate knowledge and revitalizing one’s outlook on themselves and those around them. The values and ethics are refreshed instead of taught most of the time.
